All quotes on this page are taken from literature produced by pro-abortion organisations and groups that support embryo destructive technology.

'The net increase in funds for the financial year was £1,586,000. The trustees are pleased with the results for the year under review and they anticipate further growth in service delivery and profitability in the future.' (Marie Stopes International 1998)

SLN Comment - The true motivation of Abortion Providers such as Marie Stopes International is obviously financial.

'Some say that the concept of the welfare of the child is puzzling since it is almost always in a child's interest to be born.' (Progress in Reproduction - Editorial March 1999)

SLN comment - Tragically Progress in Reproduction is extremely intolerant and does not extend this ethic to the child in the womb.

'BPAS recognises its responsibilities under the Disability Discrimination Act December 1996, which are reflected in our continuing policy of giving people full and fair consideration for all job vacancies.' (British Pregnancy Advisory Service)
'All aspects of the employment of people or the engagement of professional services are undertaken regardless of any individual's colour, ethnic or national origins, religion, sex, marital status, sexual orientation, age or disability.' (Marie Stopes International, 1998)

SLN comment - The fact that Marie Stopes International and British Pregnancy Advisory Services both kill disabled babies in the womb up until birth negates their empty promises.

"If the fetus does not have the same claim to life as a person, it appears that the newborn baby does not either, and the life of a newborn baby is of less value to [a human person] than the life of a pig, a dog, or a chimpanzee is to the non human animal". Peter Singer, ‘Practical Ethics’, (1993)

"Nor can the helplessness of the innocence of the infant Homo Sapiens be a ground for preferring it to the equally helpless and innocent fetal Homo Sapiens". Peter Singer, ‘Practical Ethics’, (1993)

SLN comment – If one supports abortion there is no logical reason why one should not be in favour of killing new born babies.  We agree with Singer in his honest logic, but unlike him we oppose killing both new born and unborn babies.
